Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East - Only a 30 minute drive from Disney

Everything about my stay was really good! A special thanks to the receptionist who helped us at 4 AM by speaking to the cab driver — that was a huge help. The receptionist near the gym is always smiling and eager to assist, even with limited English, which is really appreciated. The receptionist by the breakfast area always greets guests with a warm smile, both when entering and leaving. The service team is wonderful: The cleaning crew keeps the rooms absolutely spotless. The sauna and steam room are excellent. The bathroom is well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The views are beautiful. The gym is decent and functional. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Good variety of Breakfast food options. A special shout out to your staff Matt who went the extra mile to help me get a laptop charger when i had forgotton mine in the office.
